About Me

I am a single mother of 2 amazing kiddos. We live on a small farmette in rural Northeast Oregon with a dog, cats, horses and chickens. I am an experienced horsewoman who loves being up in the mountains with my two girls. I enjoy traveling the road less taken and experiencing the cultures of the world. I navigate life with at least a flavor or two of neurospiciness and truly enjoy working with my fellow uniquely wired humans.

Some of my career highlights have been to serve as the Chief Human Resources Officer for Community Mental Health, a Corporate Training Facilitator, and as an Organizational Consultant. I have a special place in my heart for those in the human services industries and have partnered with several non-profits. I have a passion for continued learning and am currently pursing an ACC credential.

We are our best, when we fully show up as ourselves- vulnerable, brave, and courageous as we show who we are to the world. The qualities and quirks unique to each of us create a vast spectrum of the human experience and make life interesting and fun. Leaning into who we truly are at heart, embracing our uniqueness and living authentically is when the story of our lives become stories of a lifetime. I would be honored to partner with you as you redesign your story.

Working with Professionals & Leaders

With over 17 years supporting individuals and small business teams as they grow in size, my career has stretched across industries. I especially enjoy working with teams to develop strong interpersonal relationships that engage the workforce and tap into the great potential that each of us possess. When organizations cultivate a culture focused on supporting their people, transformations becomes tangible. It is a journey that requires a commitment to holding accountability for brave spaces that hold space for change and growth.

Together, I partner with your teams to realize the potential they hold. We'll identify the barriers they face as individuals and within the group, and together we'll navigate the path towards leveraging individual strengths, identifying needed supports, and developing healthy interpersonal relationships that  keep the team energy synergistic and moving toward your goals

I work with individuals, leaders and teams to prioritize culturally responsive supervision practices. This includes diversity, equity, inclusion and belonging (DEIB) practices, and building a trauma informed workplace culture that is resilient to challenges and change. Your most valuable asset is your people, and I'd be honored to partner with them.

"I have a passion for partnering with people to discover that living the version of their life that excites them and gives them purpose, is attainable. You have everything you need to live your best life."

At Home in Eastern Oregon

Home for me is a farmette in beautiful northeast Oregon, where the mountains are high, the pastures are green and there is plenty of room to stretch your legs and explore. I mostly enjoy doing this on one of my two trusty ponies, Lily and Sage. Along with my kids and our dog Max, we relish our time exploring this incredible landscape. I settled in eastern Oregon permanently after  returning from New Zealand in 2013, where I'd spent a little

Kimberly and another rider are on horses in the background, bother are wearing cowboy hats they are mostly silouhetted. It is a early morning shot with mist in the background, on the cattle and the riders. They are moving a small herd of approximately 40 polled herefords (reddish brown with white faces) cattle down a two lane highway. The should starts at the white line and is covered in grass. The landscape is tropical with ferns, tall large trees and mountains in the background. The picture is taken in Bruce Bay, NZ.

over a year hitchhiking around the country and then working as a drover in the most spectacular mountains, valleys and rivers I've yet to see. That's me to the right, driving cattle down the west coast near Fox Glacier.

I count myself very blessed to be where I am today, though the path here has been anything but easy. What I have come to realize- and appreciate, are the strengths of character, resiliency, and an incredible ability to adapt and find answers to seemingly impossible situations, are all a result of the challenges I've overcome through the years. Each one has helped me develop new and

stronger skills and resiliency, as well as a mind adept at navigating the changing times and landscapes- at home and at work.

Over time, I discovered my greatest joy and satisfaction comes from partnering with others to step fully into their strengths and gifts and live life with passion and fulfillment. I am honored to work with my clients through the brave challenge of self-work, growth and realizing their great potential. I take on this role daily with my kids on their journey through childhood. Professionally I get to provide this service for those that choose to call me Coach. If you're ready for that journey I'd love to connect!
