Personal Coach
Whole-person coaching starts with building an understanding what you want in all areas of your life- your relationships, career, financially, health, lifestyle- who do you want to be? I partner with you to probe more deeply into these goals and gain clarity. We create a tool that supports you in maintaining focus and clarity as you move forward. We work together to identify habits that support the goals you choose to focus on. We talk about beliefs and feelings that support the changes you are striving towards, and how to let go of others. You are the best expert on you, and I'm there as a partner to support you through the process of change as you find clarity, connect to empowerment and move forward with intention toward a future you design.

Executive Coaching
Executive Coaching is similar in that it begins with exploring and clarifying a deep understanding of your goals and uses that to create a tool to support the client in maintaining focus. Coaching may include a 360 assessment to strategically inform areas of development. It may look at what leading means to the Executive and where they want to develop their skills and approach. It is important to dedicate some time to supporting the whole person because our work and personal lives are intertwined and affect one another.

Group & Team Coaching
Groups: Group sessions allow for learning both from ourselves and each other. Groups offer a way to explore your thoughts and feelings around a particular topic in a supported setting with individuals on a similar path.

Teams: You've got the team with the talent and the skills, now it's time for the team to find their synergy and excel. I partner with teams to create clarity about their goals, define the KSA's needed to achieve them, identify the barriers and how to move past them, and create an action plan and accountability measures. We work together to build understanding of individual functions, roles and strengths, to address interpersonal relationships, increase discernment, and empower creativity, decision making and action.
